Funded by the National Lottery community grants, this project consists of regular arts classes for those with lived experience of mental illness, aged 16+, within our region with the aim of empowerment through art.

The project started on 3rd February 2021 with a 4 week creative writing course and has been followed by other short blocks in different arts forms such as Monoprinting, Sculpture, Theatre and more.
